Emilee South and band released their 2017 EP, ‘Motel’, to a roaring sold-out crowd at The Gasometer, and the following years have seen them sharpen their explosive and raucous live show with official showcases at Bigsound, spots at Out On The Weekend, St. Kilda Fest and Dirt Daze Weekend, as well as supporting the likes of The Teskey Brothers, Mojo Juju and Motor Ace.
South’s 2018 psycho-surf ‘Heartbreaker’ received acclaim from community radio and press alike, seeing airplay on Double J & Triple J, and was added to rotation on ABC Radio. With the release, South landed on the cover of Beat Magazine for Leaps and Bounds Music Festival.
